The Design Center Process Select a Date After you write a Purchase Agreement, our Design Center Manager will contact you to schedule your selections appointment. Browse Our Design Center Before your scheduled selections appointment, enjoy browsing the Design Center. Touring before your selections appointment allows you to familiarize yourself with your many exterior and interior choices. Contact our Design Center Manager to set a time to come in and browse. Design Consultants are there to help you. While you're browsing, Consultants who aren't busy in scheduled appointments with other Drees homebuyers, will be glad to give you a tour and answer any questions you may have. Imagine the Finished Picture Before you select interior finishes and materials for your new home, it's helpful to consider the furnishings and accessories you'll be moving from your current home. If you can, bring fabric swatches, pillows, and other accessories with you when you browse the Design Center to help coordinate your selections. Finalizing Choices At your selections appointment, your Design Consultant will answer any remaining questions, then take you through the Design Center, room by room, finalizing choices you have considered during your recent visits.
