Drees Homes Set to Develop a Master Planned Community at Grailville

LOVELAND/MIAMI TOWNSHIP -- Drees Homes, an award-winning national home builder headquartered in Northern Kentucky, has come to an agreement with The Grail, a national woman's society, to purchase 110 acres. The Grail will retain 78 acres. The property, widely known as Grailville, is located between St. Rt 48 and O'Bannonville Road in both Loveland and unicorportated Miami Township.

At the new community, families will have an opportunity to build a single family home or patio home set among the rolling hills of this serene environment. Drees plans to honor the land's history and natural backdrop by incorporating fishing ponds, wooded areas and walking trails into its design. Additionally, residents can expect pocket parks, a community garden and a central amenity area.

Division President Mike Conklin stated, "We're thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such a beautiful piece of land. Our vision is all about connection: people connecting with the land, individual connecting with neighbors and neighbors connecting with community."

For over 90 years, Drees Homes has been active in Greater Cincinnati and currently builds in 35 local communities. Additionally, Drees offers a Build on Your Lot program for families hoping to build in a custom neighborhood or outside of a traditional community. In 2020, Drees was voted "Best Builder" by the readers of City Beat, Cincy Magazine and West Chester and Liberty Lifestyle Magazine.
