I am glad I became a market manager because... I love helping families achieve their dream of living in a beautiful new home.

Most people don't know that I... grew up in the country and can milk cows, ride horses, hunt, fish, and do all farm chores.

What's the best advice you have given or received... to be myself and treat my homeowners as family and friends.

When I want to unwind, I... sit outside by the pool with a glass of wine and a good book, accompanied by my rescue dog, Shia Lou, an Anatolian Shepherd.

I hope to one day... own a large no-kill animal shelter and help homeless animals find new homes.

Doris graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor''s degree in Physical Education. She came to Drees in 1989 after being the assistant vice president of a marketing company. Since then, Doris has been named Market Manager of the Year and Market Manager of the Month multiple times. She is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders Million Dollar Circle and the Sales and Marketing Council. Doris lives on the south shore of Lake Travis with her husband Jon.
