About Julie
When I was younger, I wanted to be...a physical therapist.
But I am glad I became a New Home Specialist, because...a home is where memories are made for families, and I have the privilege of being part of that journey.
Most people don't know that I...am a certified international event and wedding planner. I owned a craft and floral design company.
The best compliment I've received..."My life is better because of you" from a previous co-worker and that I'm an excellent aunt.
My last adventure...was a Mediterranean cruise with my two sisters.
My crazy unique skills include...floral design and problem solving.
Other people always comment on my...ability to design and decorate, ability to organize, willingness to help others and homemade brownies.
I hope one day...look back on a well lived and well served life.
I've always wanted to...own a horse.
Julie has been in new home sales since 1994 and first came to Drees Homes in 2003. Julie attended the University of Cincinnati and the University of Phoenix, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and an Associate of Arts. Julie and her husband Bob enjoy traveling. Her love of discovering new places brings a unique perspective to assisting homebuyers - especially those relocating. While at Drees, Julie has received top honors achieving the 100% Achiever Award as a Market Manager and the Exemplary Circle Award as a New Home Specialist every year since 2014.
