Drees Homes has proudly emerged as a standout in this year’s Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Parade of Homes, earning multiple accolades for outstanding design, craftsmanship and innovation.
As Northeast Florida’s premier event celebrating excellence in new home construction, the 2025 Parade of Homes showcased 62 homes from 21 leading builders, stretching from Fernandina to South St. Augustine. After the week-long tour and completed voting for winners, Drees captured top honors with two Gold Awards for both participating model homes.
One of two award-winning model homes within the resort-style community of TrailMark in St. Augustine, the Grayton II offers luxuriously functional features, all on one convenient level. The Grayton II is highlighted by an open and airy family room, kitchen and dining area and a nearby media room. The flex room has French doors and provides a great setting for remote work space. Tour visitors enjoyed the privacy of the primary suite with a large, luxurious bathroom and a walk-in closet. The outdoor living space is covered and boasts a barbecue grill and ceiling fans for maximum Floridian relaxation.
The Crane II has landed in Olde Florida in the form of a 2,300+ square foot, single-level design. Highlighted features include multiple bedroom suites, a cozy screened-in porch and a versatile home office. Plus, this model and community is located only five miles from the beach!
“These awards reflect our team’s dedication to delivering exceptional homes that blend thoughtful design, high-quality craftsmanship, and features that today’s homeowners value,” said Shannon Ray, Sales Manager for Drees Homes.
The NEFBA Parade of Homes judges homes based on a variety of criteria, including architectural design, interior styling, functionality, and overall quality. The Grayton II and Crane II models stood out for their seamless blend of modern features, elegant finishes, and family-friendly layouts — a testament to our mission to elevate the homebuilding experience.
