The Bedford features a gourmet kitchen, complete with a large, waterfall island that is perfect for entertaining. The dining room, located right off the kitchen, offers plenty of space for your guests to mingle, grab a bite to eat and create bouquets. When selecting flowers for your bouquet bar, you’ll want to pick a “wow” flower – think roses, peonies, etc., filler like baby’s breath and greenery like eucalyptus or olive branch to provide texture. Create a sign to call out the options available in the bouquet bar and be sure to have parchment paper and ribbon handy for the final products!

The Bedford’s kitchen is an entertainer’s dream! Whip up chicken salad sandwiches and fruit tarts in a flash. Tara’s pro tip: When hosting a crowd, select food that you can make ahead of time. That way, all you have to do is set food out when guests arrive. 

You can also use your kitchen island as a buffet line. This setup is a win-win for both hosts and guests; guests are able to serve themselves, so hosts are able to enjoy the party.
