1. Who Can Enter: “The Drees Homes Home for the Holidays Giveaway" is open to legal residents in the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. This giveaway is sponsored by The Drees Company (DBA Drees Homes). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVEAWAY.
2. How to Enter: Eligible participants will be asked to participate in the online giveaway by completing social media tasks to submit entries during the promotional period. Entry examples include tasks like following Drees Homes and our influencer partners on social media, tagging a friend and sharing the giveaway post.
There will be one (1) winner selected in a random drawing per influencer partnership during the promotional period. The promotional period varies per partner, but is generally open from Wednesday, December 11, 2024 through Friday, January, 10, 2025. Drees Homes reserves the right to conclude this program at any time without notice.
3. Prizes: There will be 14 prizes awarded in total, one (1) prize per influencer partnership. Each prize will consist of a $100 gift card to World Market. World Market is in no way affiliated with this giveaway. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
4. Winner Selection and Notification: By Monday, January 13, 2025, one (1) winner per affiliated influencer partner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The influencer partner will make two (2) attempts to notify potential winner by a social media direct message. If potential winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of the initial notification, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification or any prize correspondence is returned as undeliverable, potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries from the corresponding entry period.
5. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries completed.

Winner agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway on in announcement of the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to correct any such error.
7. Choice of Law: Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this giveaway must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Kentucky law governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.
