Once your Purchase Agreement has been finalized, the scheduling coordinator will contact you to set up your selections appointment(s). You’ll be paired with an expert design consultant, certified by the National Design Studio Institute, who will be your trusted partner to bring your new home vision to life.

During your visit, we’ll cover:

Kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, appliances, and backsplashes

Flooring and paint

Stairs, fireplace and mantels

Doors and trim

Plumbing and lighting fixtures

Once you finalize design selections, you are releasing us to begin ordering materials. To keep your home’s construction on schedule, no changes are permitted after finalization.
