When you sell your first Drees Custom Home, you're automatically enrolled in our Earn More Rewards Program! Start with a standard 3% commission on your first sale, earn 4% on your second, and 5% on your third and beyond. This great program is only available to licensed brokers in Texas.

Starting November 1, 2025, and running through March 31, 2026, this incentive applies only to individual Realtors (team sales are excluded). All commissions, including Earn More rewards, are paid on the settlement statement at closing. If you want your commission your way, we can do that! Make sure you have a W-9 and written permission from your broker first. Drees can change the program or end this promotion without out notice.
