- Who Can Enter: The Drees Homes Blue Heron NYE Celebration Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of, and are physically present in, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. One entry per address will be eligible. Void where prohibited.
- How to Enter: Drees homeowners in the greater Cleveland, OH region can scan a QR code at Drees model homes to enter. Those who submit entries before the deadline of December 19, 2025 will be entered to win. There will be two (2) winners selected in a random drawing of entries. The sweepstakes begins on November 17, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on December 19, 2025 at Noon EST.
To enter the Sweepstakes without visiting a model home, mail a 3" x 5" card containing your full name, address, e-mail address and phone number in an envelope no larger than 4 1/8" x 9 1/2" to: Drees Blue Heron NYE Sweepstakes, c/o Drees Marketing, 211 Grandview Drive, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017.
- Prize: Two (2) prizes will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to Blue Heron’s NYE Celebration on December 31, 2025. The estimated total value for this prize of two tickets is $350. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
- Prize Drawing: Winner will be selected at random by Drees Homes based on entries obtained from November 17, 2025 to December 19, 2025 ending at Noon EST. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be held on December 23, 2025 at Noon.
One entry per address. All entries must contain entrant's full name, address and phone number to be eligible. Non-winning entries from a particular monthly entry period will not be held over into subsequent drawings.
- Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Drees will make two (2) attempts to notify potential monthly winner by mail, email or phone, in its sole discretion. If the winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification or any prize correspondence is returned as undeliverable, the individual may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries from the corresponding entry period.
- Odds of Winning: The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries based on surveys completed.

No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed except by Drees, who may substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local laws apply. By accepting prize, winner consents to use of their name and likeness for advertising purposes in all media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winner agrees to release Drees Homes and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Drees may conclude this program at any time.
Drees is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries.
- Choice of Law: Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Kentucky law governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.
