Earn more with every closing between April 10, 2026 and March 31, 2027, through Drees Custom Homes' "Big Tex Bonus Program": 

• 3% on your first home to close
• 4% on your second home
• 5% on your third and beyond

Commission tiers are determined by the order homes close (settlement date), not contract order, so the faster you close, the more you earn. Once you're enrolled in the program, you also have the option to become reimbursed for relocation fees, up to 100%, with an approved copy of a relocation agreement.
