Indianapolis, Ind. — Drees Homes, an award-winning national home builder, announced the appointment of their newest Division President. With more than two decades in the home building industry, Keith Lash steps into a key leadership role that is responsible for guiding Drees operations across Indianapolis. He succeeds Division President Randy McNutt, who is retiring.
Most recently, Lash served as the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development at Lennar Homes. In his last role, he led a team charged with acquiring land to support thousands of home sales annually. Although, one of Keith’s career-defining moments includes assisting in the development of one of Indianapolis’ premier communities, The Village of WestClay.
Keith joins the Drees team at a time in which the company is poised for expansion. As Drees Homes counts down to its 100th anniversary in 2028, it will be focused on its Centennial Strategy, aimed at growing operations, both nationwide and locally, as well as continuing to enhance the homebuyer experience.
Drees Homes Regional President Steve Tuckerman is excited to welcome Keith to the team. He noted, “Keith will be a tremendous asset to our Indianapolis division. His deep understanding of the local landscape, combined with a steadfast commitment to our core values, sets the stage for remarkable achievements in this region.” Lash added, “I am excited to take on the challenge of overseeing all facets of the division and will be building upon the great foundation Drees already has in place with the existing team.”
Lash holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He lives with his wife and two sons in Westfield, Indiana.
