RESTON, VA —Drees Homes recently earned the distinction of “Home Builder of the Year” from the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NBVIA). Debbie Rosenstein, CEO of the NVBIA, shared, “Drees has contributed so much in the way of involvement at every level of its company that it was a natural fit to be named NVBIA’s Builder of the Year.”  

 
Additionally, several Drees employees were honored by the NVBIA at their Great American Living Awards, an event that honors the best and brightest players in the industry. Market Manager Joe Giambrone won the “Outstanding Salesperson” award and New Home Specialist Julie Schall won the “Outstanding Online Salesperson” award. Market Manager Danielle Ellington was also recently named “Salesperson of the Year” at the Frederick County Building Industry Association Awards of Excellence. 

Washington D.C. Division President Alicia Skoug shared, “We are thrilled to be named Northern Virginia’s best home builder and are proud of our long tenure in the area.” She added, “We are pleased to see our exceptional sales team, who have been instrumental in the success of our division, honored and celebrated as well.”
