JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Drees model homes won big in the 2021 Parade of Homes, with all six participating model homes winning awards for their respective price range.  

 

The largest open house on the First Coast ran April 24 - May 9, allowing prospective homebuyers, real estate agents and home aficionados to tour 76 homes throughout 65 neighborhoods. Organized by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), the parade scaled over 80 miles in three counties, from as north as Fernandina Beach to the southern portion of St. Augustine. 

 

The Best by Price awards, categorized by home price range, honored Drees with four gold awards and two silver awards, celebrating our most popular floor plans in some of our most exciting neighborhoods.
