Fort Mitchell, Ky. — Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Drees Homes for the 2026 Fortune Best Medium Workplaces™ List. This is Drees Homes’ third time being named to this prestigious list, coming in at No. 54 nationwide. Earning a spot means that Drees Homes is one of the best companies to work for in the country.
To determine the Best Medium Workplaces list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 240,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with between 100 and 999 U.S. employees.
Drees Homes Vice President of Human Resources Pamela Rader shared, “Being named to the Fortune Best Medium Workplaces list for the third consecutive year is an honor that I’m incredibly proud of because it reflects something we have always known at Drees—our people and our culture are what make this such a special place to work. I feel fortunate to be part of a company filled with talented people who genuinely care about one another, our customers, and the work we do. This recognition belongs to our employees, and I’m proud of the culture we continue to build together.”
The Best Medium Workplaces list is highly competitive. Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, determines its lists using its proprietary platform to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study, based on over 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 8.4 million employees this year alone.
Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
“For small- and medium-sized companies, leadership can make the difference between double-digit revenue growth and a flatlining business,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “Being recognized for high-trust leadership is a powerful predictor of future success, regardless of the market.”
Drees Homes first became certified as a Great Place To Work in 2023. Since then, Drees has also appeared on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction and Best Workplaces for Millennials lists.
