Official rankings list Drees as the 13th largest privately held builder and 29th largest overall builder on Builder Magazine’s annual Builder 100 list. Additionally, Drees moved up Professional Builder Magazine’s Housing Giants list, transitioning from the 26th position in 2019 to the 25th position in 2020. 

With increased sales and revenue, Drees has elevated its ranks in recent years, rising among the most reputable homebuilders in the country. In 2019, the company reported $1,039,459,872 in revenue with a total of 2,097 home closings.
