1. Who Can Enter: The Drees Guest Satisfaction Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of, and are physically present in, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of The Drees Company and its promotional partners are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter: Drees homeowners who complete a closing survey within 30 days of receipt will be entered to win. One entry per address will be eligible. Drees may conclude this program at any time. There will be one (1) winner selected during each of the Quarterly Drawings. The sweepstakes begins on the first day of each quarter at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on the last day of each quarter at 12:00 a.m. ET.
To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the survey, mail a 3" x 5" card containing your full name, address, and phone number in an envelope no larger than 4 1/8" x 9 1/2" to: Drees Guest Satisfaction Entry, 211 Grandview Drive, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017 during a particular Quarterly Entry Period ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in Entries must be received during the applicable Quarterly Entry Period.
3. Prizes: There will be one (1) prize awarded per Quarterly Drawing, each consisting of a $500 Home Depot ® Gift Card. The estimated total value for all prizes is $500. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Gift card restrictions may apply.
4. Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected at random by Drees Homes based on entries obtained from the first day of each quarter at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending on the last day of each quarter at 12:00 a.m. ET. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be held on or around the 15th of the following month.
One entry per person. Entries from the same person in excess of one (1) for any Quarterly Entry Period will be disqualified. All Entries must contain entrant's full name, address and phone number to be eligible. Non-winning Entries from a particular Quarterly Entry Period will not be held over into subsequent Quarterly Drawings.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: On or about the "Quarterly Drawing Date" for a particular Quarterly Drawing, one (1) winner ("Quarterly Winner") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Quarterly Entry Period by employees or representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Quarterly Winner by mail, email or phone, in its sole discretion. If potential Quarterly Winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification or any prize correspondence is returned as undeliverable, potential Quarterly Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Quarterly Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries from the corresponding Quarterly Entry Period.
6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries based on surveys completed.

7. General Conditions: Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local laws apply. Potential Quarterly Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or prize may be forfeited. By accepting prize, Winner consents to use of Winner's name and likeness for advertising purposes in all media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Quarterly Winner agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries, e-mails or other communications.
Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes on in announcement of the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to correct any such error.
8. Choice of Law: Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Kentucky law governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.
9. Winners: Names of Quarterly Winners will be available upon request the fifth day of the month following a particular Quarterly Drawing.
