THE DREES DIFFERENCE
More Reasons to Choose Drees
As a family-operated home builder since 1928, excellence is built into our tradition. Unlike other builders, we have a reputation for doing it all, from quality construction and stylish design, to true customization and thoughtful customer service.
Drees is one of America's few builders to receive the rare and coveted "Triple Crown" of home building awards from Builder Magazine, Professional Builder Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders.
Enjoy stress-free home building with our simple five-step custom + construct process. It's how we build quality custom homes that fit your lifestyle, complete with energy-efficient design and smart home technology.
Truly customize, not just personalize. Customize your floor plan, from the interior layout and flow to its distinctive exterior architecture. At our Design Center, meet with professional design consultants to select quality interior finishes that match your style.
Get expert support throughout the process. In the My Home customer portal, easily communicate with your builder and stay up to date on milestones. Our customer care team is here to answer any questions and follow up on your 1-year and 10-year new home warranty.
