You've designed your home and locked in your selections. Now, it's our turn to get building! This phase culminates as we hand over the keys and our customer care follow-up and warranty begins.
We start with a pre-construction meeting with your Builder on your home site to review final plans and review the construction process.
Once all permits are issued, we will begin construction where your vision comes to life.

One of the exciting on-site meetings during construction is the Pre-drywall Review. Just before drywall is hung, meet with your Builder to go over the work already completed on your home and discuss the progression over the next steps of construction.

- New Home Presentation: Prior to closing, a Drees representative will walk you through the home room-by-room to demonstrate features, offer maintenance tips, and address questions.
- Closing: This is the culmination of the building process and ownership of the property is transferred to you.
- 90-Day Follow-Up: As you transition into your new home, a Drees representative will visit, review our customer care program and answer any questions.
- Surveys: Thirty days after closing and again at twelve months, we will ask for your feedback to aid in our continuous improvement process.
