What floor plan did you choose and what attracted you to this design?

We chose the Clarkson floor plan. We needed four bedrooms, an open floor plan, a dedicated office, and a loft and the Clarkson checked every box while staying within our budget.

As you watched your home’s design come to life, what have been your favorite features? 

Watching it all come together has been so rewarding. Our favorite features have been the size of the office, the yard, the giant windows that flood the space with natural light and all of the personal touches we were able to select along the way.

What did you enjoy most about the building process?

Tatiana and Dustin were incredible throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way, sent photos as things progressed and were always available when we had questions. We never felt left in the dark.

What advice would you give others who are interested in building a home?

Trust the process and make sure you involve your realtor from the very beginning. Having someone in your corner who understands the process makes a world of difference.

Why did you choose to build with Drees?

It really came down to three things: the quality of the build, the location and the layout options available to us. Drees delivered on all three.

How did the Pure Style Collection simplify the home building process?

It took so much stress out of the design process. Instead of walking into a design center and feeling overwhelmed by endless options, we were able to browse curated collections, find what we loved, and know that everything would work beautifully together.
