In the Drees Design Center, we offer cutting-edge finishes from the top manufacturers. You'll work with professional designers to help you color your home, creating a great backdrop that can stand the test of time and will look great no matter what trendy pieces are thrown in the mix!
Get inspired! Take a look at our idea gallery or Pinterest for ideas before your selections appointment to identify styles that inspire both you and your spouse or partner. It's also helpful to drive around newer Drees communities in the area to find exterior color schemes that appeal to you.
Structural Options
When you build with Drees, you'll be able to make structural adjustments to your floor plan to suit the way you'll live in your home. Common changes include adding or moving a window, adding square footage to rooms or garages, adjusting bathroom layouts, etc. You'll make those changes as a part of your initial purchase agreement before you come to the design center.
Your Selections Appointment
Once your Purchase Agreement has been finalized, the Scheduling Coordinator will contact you to set up your selections appointment. Most homes require 2-3 design sessions. During your visit, we'll cover:
- Kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, appliances and backsplashes
- Flooring, trim and paint
- Stairs, Fireplace & Mantels
- Doors and lighting
- High Tech Wiring
Once you finalize design selections, you are releasing us to begin ordering materials. To keep your home's construction on schedule, no changes are permitted after finalization. Read our complete list of frequently asked questions.
