Q: How can I prepare for my first visit to the Design Center?
A: Websites like Pinterest and even our own Idea Gallery on this site are great sources of inspiration. Driving around Drees communities to find exterior color schemes you like is also extremely helpful prior to making exterior finish selections.
Q: What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
A: In the event you are looking for a specific product Drees Homes does not offer, we may be able to submit a Custom Design Request (CDR) to obtain pricing for you. Please be aware that we cannot price all requests due to our construction standards and warranty requirements, but we will gladly work with you to adapt your home to suit your style and your needs.

Roadmap to Selections
Once your Purchase Agreement has been finalized, the Scheduling Coordinator will email you to set up your appointment. Please respond to the Coordinator within 24 hours to reserve your time. During this time, a Design Consultant will review the selections included in your contract and assist you in choosing finishes.
Some neighborhoods require a second appointment. During this time, you'll finalize your selections.
Your Design Consultant will hold your selections for 48 hours. If you wish to make any revisions, you must contact your Design Consultant within 48 hours, and all revised selection forms must be signed and returned before the end of the business day.
