Earn more with every closing between April 10, 2026 and March 31, 2027, through Drees Custom Homes' "Earn More Rewards Program":
- 3% on your first contract
- 4% on your second contract
- 5% on your third contract and beyond
OR 100% Relocation fees reimbursed!
*With the Drees Custom Homes’ “Earn More Rewards”, upon first contract in Dallas/Ft. Worth the Selling Agent is enrolled in the program and can take advantage of the 3% standard commission OR we’ll reimburse up to 100% of the relocation fee charged. A copy of the relocation agreement must be provided for the relocation reimbursement. Referral fees are not included. On second contract in Dallas/Ft. Worth, selling agent will receive 4% commission on the sale. On 3rd contract in Dallas/Ft. Worth and subsequent contracts, selling agent will receive 5% commission. If the previous contract cancels, the agent will not be eligible for the next percentage bump. Program begins April 1, 2026 and runs through March 31, 2027. Realtor must have written authorization from their Broker and a completed W-9 form to be paid by any other method. Earn More Rewards applies to individual Realtor sales only, no team sales. Commission incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other Realtor incentives. Must be a licensed Texas Realtor. Programs subject to change or termination without notice.
